How to open it in Google Sheets
- Fill in the tool above and hit Download as Excel.
- Go to sheets.google.com and click the file picker.
- Choose Upload, drag your
.xlsxin, and open it. - Optional: File → Save as Google Sheets to convert it to a native Sheets file.
- Share via the green Share button, per person or per link.
What survives the import
SUM totals, the IF formula in the Progress column, currency formatting on money cells, percent formatting on progress cells, bold totals rows, column widths, and the frozen header row all come through. The section header tints appear as cell background colors.
